The Guam Delegation and other API-SIG participants take a pose during the 54th Annual National Association for Bilingual Education (NABE) Conference held in Atlanta, Georgia. The theme of the conference is Multilingualism for a United Global Society! The conference was held February 20-22, 2025. Representing Guam were Rufina Mendiola, Angela Mariano, and Frances Blanco.
